Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support governance, risk, and compliance activities across the organization. You will coordinate assessments, maintain program documentation, track remediation, and help strengthen the security posture.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cybersecurity processes and controls are effectively managed, with responsibilities spanning documentation, metrics, and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong organizational, project coordination and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology, operational, or enterprise risk activities is an advantage.
• General understanding of cybersecurity concepts, security controls, risk management practices, and industry frameworks.
• Exposure to governance, compliance, risk management, or security assessment programs preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Exposure to AI technologies or AI-related risk assessments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance activities across the organization.
• Coordinate cybersecurity assessments, maintain program documentation, track remediation activities.
• Support key cybersecurity initiatives and strengthen security posture.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cybersecurity initiatives and actions.
• Document cybersecurity risks, control gaps, findings, and recommendations.
• Support ongoing monitoring and periodic reassessments of controls and processes.
• Maintain cybersecurity records, documentation repositories, and compliance evidence.
• Assist in developing and maintaining cybersecurity metrics, reports, dashboards, and updates.
• Support administration of cybersecurity tools, workflows, and collaboration platforms.
• Maintain SharePoint, Teams sites, and knowledge repositories for the Cybersecurity team.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and review sessions with minutes and risk logs.
• Create training materials, process docs, reference guides, and awareness content.
• Support employee onboarding and cybersecurity program administration.
• Contribute to ad hoc cybersecurity projects and continuous improvement.
