Job summary

CBRE Business Services Organization (BSO) in Makati is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support governance, risk, and compliance activities across the organization. You will coordinate assessments, maintain program documentation, track remediation actions, and help develop metrics, dashboards, and management updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high-quality deliverables.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, risk, or enterprise programs is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cybersecurity assessments and maintain program documentation.
• Track remediation activities, milestones, and risk treatment plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cybersecurity initiatives and data requests.
• Document risks, control gaps, findings, and recommendations.
• Support monitoring activities and periodic reassessments of controls.
• Maintain cybersecurity records, repositories, and evidence.
• Help develop metrics, reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Support onboarding and administration of cybersecurity tools and platforms.
• Maintain SharePoint, Teams sites, and knowledge repositories.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder review sessions, including preparation of minutes, action logs, and risk registers.
• Assist in creating training materials, process documentation, reference guides, and awareness content.
• Support employee onboarding and cybersecurity program administration.
• Contribute to ad hoc cybersecurity projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
