Nezda Technologies, Inc. is actively hiring a Customer Service Representative for a US Healthcare Insurance account. The role offers a 100% hybrid setup with 2–3 days onsite per week and a permanent graveyard shift.

It includes weekends off, company equipment, and a September–October 2026 class start. Qualifications include a college degree, at least 1 year of international healthcare insurance BPO experience, and experience with Benefits, Claims, and Eligibility in a Voice-Inbound LOB.

Qualifications

• College Graduate – TOR and Diploma must be readily available.
• MUST have at least 1 year of solid international healthcare insurance account BPO experience.
• Experience must include handling Benefits, Claims, and Eligibility concerns.
• Experience must be under a Voice-Inbound LOB.
• Applicants currently rendering their notice period are also welcome to apply.
• Must be amenable to report onsite in BGC, Taguig City as required.
