Qualifications

• 2+ years in civil engineering modeling, drafting, or estimating roles.
• Experience producing 2D/3D models and quantity takeoffs using CAD tools.
• Familiar with takeoffs from CAD files or PDFs and related QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify 2D/3D models using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
• Produce surface and linework models with control points.
• Execute quality checks to ensure engineering standards are met.
• Generate site quantities and takeoffs using Bluebeam and Agtek.
