Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, Inc is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead planning, design, and execution of major capital expenditure projects, ensuring that quality, budget, and schedule targets are met across the full lifecycle.

You will coordinate contractors, engineers, and project partners in Canlubang, Laguna, with a hybrid work setup; a Bachelor's in engineering and 5 years of plant/industrial project management are required; AutoCAD and PM software experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Electronics Engineering; Licensed Engineer preferred.
• At least five (5) years of managerial experience in plant engineering, construction management, or industrial project management.
• Strong background in civil/structural design, mechanical systems, utilities, and construction processes.
• Proven experience handling multi‑million peso CAPEX projects.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, engineering tools, and project monitoring systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with strong communication and cross‑department collaboration.
• Experience using AutoCAD and project management software is preferred.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Leads full project lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning.
• Develops timelines, budgets, and performance standards.
• Oversees contractors, architects, engineers, and project partners.
• Ensures compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Monitors, reports, and analyzes project costs, progress, and risks.
• Drives continuous improvement and implements best practices.
• Coordinates permits and government requirements.
• Represents the organization in technical discussions and reviews.
• Leads change management and improvement initiatives across teams.
