Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an Audit Specialist to lead activities of the designated audit team, review and summarize audit reports, and provide insights to improve performance, integrity, and compliance across AP CSUs and BUs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, or Internal Auditing.
• Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in Risk Based Audits and/or Support Functions Internal Audits (e.g. Bill to Collect, Procure to Pay, Financial).
• Experience in the Power Industry is an advantage.
• Holding Certifications (CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA, CC) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Abide and conform with the IPPF guidance.
• Mandatory conformance with the principles in internal auditing.
• Definition of Internal auditing as a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve risk management, control, and governance.
• Applies and upholds IA core principles of Integrity, Objectivity, Confidentiality and Competence and AP values.
• Adheres to the Internal Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
