Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a senior audit professional to lead engagements from planning through completion in a fast-paced Makati office. You will review workpapers and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while guiding audit teams and collaborating with clients to address findings and risks.

The role requires CPA certification and at least 5 years of relevant audit experience, with a strong grasp of PFRS, PSA, and internal controls, including FMCG sector exposure.

Qualifications

• CPA is required or equivalent with certification.
• 5+ years of experience in internal or external audit, preferably in a professional services firm or FMCG industry.
• Experience leading audit engagements and supervising audit teams.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS, PSA, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with auditing standards.
• Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise, coach, and develop audit team members while monitoring engagement progress.
• Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and risks to clients or senior management with practical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while achieving audit objectives, budgets, and deadlines.
