Responsibilities

• Lead AML investigations and oversee team performance to meet service obligations.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance of AML investigations.
• Forecast capacity and allocate work to analysts to meet SLAs.
• Coach and develop AML Analysts and Investigators across levels L1–L3.
• Build stakeholder relationships across FCTM and Centre locations.
• Identify process improvements to uplift outcomes and performance.
