Job summary

The Western Union Company is seeking an Specialist, AML Compliance in Quezon City, Philippines. The role focuses on transactional history analysis, due diligence, and AML reviews to prevent sanctioned individuals from using Western Union services.

You will ensure strong customer service, meet performance targets, and continuously learn to improve AML tools and processes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Bank Secrecy Act, AML Compliance, or risk-based compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and independent decision making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Perform transactional history analysis and due diligence for AML compliance.
• Identify customers on interdiction or sanction lists to block services.
• Deliver high quality customer service and meet targets.
• Learn to enhance AML products and processes.
