First Focus is seeking an experienced AI Automation & DevOps Developer to join our Manila Technology team. You’ll build AI-powered applications and intelligent automation, turning AI into reliable business solutions while using modern AI development tools to experiment and add value.

You’ll work across AI development, automation, software engineering and DevOps, crafting solutions with generative AI, LLMs and NLP, and integrating models with internal systems, databases and APIs.

Competenze

• Commercial software development, automation or DevOps experience.
• Hands-on use of AI tools across the SDLC.
• Experience building AI-enabled apps or business solutions.
• Solid understanding of generative AI and prompting.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash or PHP.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of CI/CD and automated deployments.
• Ability to automate processes across multiple apps and systems.
• Familiarity with YAML and configuration-driven automation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
