Job summary

Scrubbed is seeking an Accounting Staff with at least 1 year of experience to bridge transactional processing and full-cycle accounting. The role emphasizes ownership of key accounts, involvement in month-end close, and collaboration with senior team members while gradually expanding responsibilities in financial reporting and client-facing activities.

The position is a hybrid role within the Sector Accounting Group, with 2 open positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant accounting experience or more.
• CPA license is a plus but not required.
• Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite or Sage Intacct is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable processing and accounts receivable processing.
• Involvement in month-end close and financial reporting.
• Bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist client calls.
• Identify risks and document them in memos.
• Draft process documentation and supervise entry-level staff.
