Marigold Manufacturing Corporation, makers of Mama Sita's blends and sauces, invites an experienced HVAC Technician to support a food manufacturing facility in Pasig City. You will operate and troubleshoot complex HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with facility repairs to ensure continuous 24/7 operations.

The role requires a vocational HVAC certificate with 2–3 years of experience; food manufacturing background is a plus.

Formación

• Vocational certificate in HVAC technology.
• 2–3 years HVAC experience; food manufacturing background is a plus.
• Knowledge in refrigeration, motor control, and industrial electronics.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including 12-hour duties, with night differential and weekly rest day, in Pasig City.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and troubleshoot HVAC systems: chillers, boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, RO water systems, and the like.
• Perform preventive maintenance: filter changes, cleaning, lubrication, oil change, and component replacements.
• Conduct system diagnostics, air/water quality monitoring, and parameter adjustments.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals to plan and execute HVAC tasks.
• Prepare work materials, respond to work orders, and assist with general facility repairs.

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in a food manufacturing facility.

Your scope of responsibility shall include:

• Operate and troubleshoot HVAC systems: chillers, boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, RO water systems, and the like.

• Perform preventive maintenance: filter changes, cleaning, lubrication, oil change, and component replacements.

• Conduct system diagnostics, air/water quality monitoring, and parameter adjustments.

Minimum Qualifications/ Experience:

• Vocational certificate or career training in HVAC technology

• 2–3 years HVAC experience; food manufacturing background is a plus

• Knowledge in refrigeration, motor control, and industrial electronics

• Willing to work shifting schedules, including 12-hour duties, with night differential and weekly rest day, in Pasig City

Working Conditions:

• Weekly rotational shift, 8-hour shifts under 24/7 operations. Rest days will be determined based on operational requirements. Hours worked beyond the regular schedule may be considered overtime.

• May be required to work on holidays and weekends depending on operational needs.

• Must be willing to work in Jenny's Ave., Pasig City
