Marigold Manufacturing Corporation is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in a food manufacturing facility, based on an on-site role in Pasig. The candidate should have 2–3 years of HVAC experience and a vocational HVAC certificate.

The role involves troubleshooting chillers, boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, and related systems, with emphasis on preventive maintenance and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Vocational certificate or career training in HVAC technology.
• 2–3 years HVAC experience; food manufacturing background is a plus.
• Knowledge in refrigeration, motor control, and industrial electronics.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including 12-hour duties, with night differential and weekly rest day, in Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot HVAC systems: chillers, boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, RO water systems, and the like.
• Perform preventive maintenance: filter changes, cleaning, lubrication, oil change, and component replacements.
• Conduct system diagnostics, air/water quality monitoring, and parameter adjustments.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals to plan and execute HVAC tasks.
• Prepare work materials, respond to work orders, and assist with general facility repairs.
