Job summary

Benson Industrial Cold Storage Inc. is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team in Parañaque City, Metro Manila.

This full-time role focuses on maintaining and servicing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems critical to our industrial cold storage operations. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC experience, a recognised NC2 or HVAC licence, and a strong knowledge of EPA refrigerant regulations.

Qualifications

• NC2 or HVAC and refrigeration licence from a recognised institution.
• 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC installation, maintenance and repair experience.
• Experience with commercial/industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Knowledge of EPA refrigerant handling regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and service manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Physical ability for lifting, heights and confined spaces.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems per standards and safety regs.
• Diagnose malfunctions using diagnostic tools and implement corrective measures.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all units.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies to minimise downtime.
• Charge, recover and recycle refrigerants per regulations and procedures.
• Document all service work and maintenance activities in detail.
• Collaborate with technicians and departments on upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure all work is completed safely with PPE and safety protocols.
• Maintain tools and report deficiencies or hazards.
