Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Cebu City is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance.

This role supports the Engineering and Technical Services team, providing preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure reliable operation and compliance with codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building HVAC, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment modifications.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
