Job Summary

The Human Resource Operations Specialist (HROS) provides essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Administration and oversight of the following:

  • Employee files, records and activities
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Employee Relations i.e. Employee Engagement, Employee Policy & Discipline
  • HR compliance with policies and procedures with statutory agencies
  • Assist in policy updates and revisions.
  • HR reports (weekly, monthly) for Management presentation

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist handling Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly attentive to details, accuracy and deadlines.

Additional Requirements

  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Above average IT skill i.e. Excel and Powerpoint
  • Perform fieldwork assignment when needed.
