Job description

The Talent Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage the right fit talents for the bank officer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain candidate funnels and talent pipelines
  • Partner and collaborate closely with recruitment team members, internal hiring managers and HR to meet overall hiring objectives and align with business goals
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively develop talent pool
  • Responsible in managing assigned candidate requisitions, CV screening, initial candidate screening and scheduling interviews
  • Actively involved in planning and participating in recruiting events
  • Prepares and evaluates sourcing metrics and prepares detailed reports on productivity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field
  • At least 5 years of work experience in talent acquisition, sourcing or recruiting preferably in banking or financial services industry
  • Expertise in using various sourcing techniques and tools, as well as proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and business stakeholders
  • Analytical skills to assess talent pipelines and sourcing strategies

The Candidate must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
