Qualifications

We are offering a hybrid work arrangement! The company will also be providing the PC and equipment needed. Although during your first month (or until the HLM approves of the transition), you will be reporting on-site to complete company and/or client-required trainings. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:

  • Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift

  • Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.

  • Table that can fit two 24" monitors and a chair, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem

  • Work from home location is within NCR.

General Objective:

Responsible forproviding assistance in the development and delivery of HR reports, audits and compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established processes.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

HR Reporting

  • Compile, prepare and analyze HR related reports.

  • Create dashboards and visualizations (Excel, Power BI etc.) for easy access and interpretation of key HR metrics in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to understand reporting needs and provide accurate data insights.

  • Monitor trends and identify areas for improvement for HR data accuracy and reporting processes.

  • Monitors minor team initiatives and projects as defined by the Supervisor, HR Reporting and Compliance and Assistant Vice President, Talent and Employee Services.

Compliance

  • Acts as the liaison officer or point of contact of the Corporate Internal Audit team.

  • Assists in the audit process and ensures monitoring of the team’s audit requirements, SLAs and metrics.

  • Ensures the timely submission of the team’s quality objectives documents toCorporate Internal Audit team.

  • Communicate with the HR team in scheduling and monitoring of the team’s QOs, SLAs and HR metrics deliverables.

  • Conduct timely audits of HR established SLAs and metrics.

  • Assists in the reviews of HR processes, identifying areas for improvement in quality, accuracy, and compliance and best practices.

  • Assists in managing projects aimed at improving data quality and compliance needs.

  • Update the team on any new government regulatory policies that may affect business need.

  • Works with the different members of the team to ensure completion of the documents required by the Corporate Internal Audit team.

  • Assists in the team’s mock audits and the annual review in preparation for any Company-wide audit.

  • Assists the Supervisor, HR Compliance and Reporting in planning and managing the team’s project coordination for any Company-wide audit related projects or tasks.

Others

  • Assists in employee orientation of new HR members on HR related Quality Objectives, SLAs and metrics.

  • Compliance with the Company Quality and Information Security Policy and sub-policies

  • Responsible for protecting information assets of the company, company assets from unauthorized disclosure, breach or loss. Reports breaches as soon as incident occurs.

  • Responsible for the protection of employee personal and sensitive information that he/she may have access to in the performance of his/her duties

  • Any assignment/project/tasks given by the Supervisor, HR Reporting and Compliance Assistant Vice President of Talent and Employee Services.

Requirements:

  • Ideally 2+ years' experience in HR compliance and reporting, with at least 1 year in an HR role

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis, HRIS, data visualization tools, and advanced Excel functions

  • Good oral and written English communication skills
