Job Responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with team head/s and client manager/s to know their priorities, requirements, concerns and issues that impact on HR; and relays the relevant information and business requirements immediately to concerned HR functional specialist/s to be able to effectively address the concerns and issues to deliver seamless service to client teams.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation to employees.
- Support team operations by ensuring efficient office systems and warranting that administrative requirements are thoroughly in place.
- Preparation of general and administrative budget and administration of petty cash system with appropriate record system.
- Procurement of administrative requirements, canvassing, purchase supplies and orders for the trouble-free operations.
- Act as point person on the over-all operational concerns and issues.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Exposure to and knowledge of a diverse range of HR facets including resourcing, learning and development, total rewards, employee relations and HR administration.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
