Pro-Excel Property Managers, Inc. is seeking a strategic HR leader to drive culture, organizational effectiveness and leadership development across its business units.
The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on HR delivery, and requires strong communication, business acumen and trusted partnership with senior leaders. You will coach managers, design organizational change, lead talent management and reward programs, and use data to improve employee experience and engagement.
The role is both a strategic and hands-on role, which includes driving culture, improving organizational effectiveness & design, leading change management, providing leadership coaching, and driving HR functional excellence. We are seeking a strong candidate who can effectively interact with business leaders at all levels, possesses excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and works effectively within its own BU and across entire conglomerate.

Lead day-to-day HR processes, practices andinitiatives, including coaching leaders and managers, building winning teams,managing performance and compensation processes succession planning, employeeengagement, career management, workforce planning, learning, employeerelations, onboarding, working environment, recognition and more
Assess ongoing organizational & peopleimplications and implement the needed HR approaches and actions.
Operate as a trusted advisor by using professionalcredibility and strong relationships with senior leaders to influence keypriorities.
Strengthen the leadership team of each organizationby providing coaching and development to senior leaders.
Engage with the employees to understand and improvethe employee experience and facilitate the organization’s culture andengagement strategies. Set the tone for employment engagement, team building,and overall culture.
Establish a communication cadence with leaders ofeach business unit to understand the needs of each unit and how they tie intothe overall needs of the business.
Partner to design and implement organizationalchange that aligns with business objectives. Identify risks and developmitigation strategies to ensure adoption.
Lead complex initiatives where the impact issignificant in supporting the client's needs. Initiatives include employeeretention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design,compensation planning (equity, bonus, merit), and leadership development.
Drive and execute annual HR processes includingtalent management, reward and recognition programs and performance management.
Partner with and between COEs and HR teams todeliver seamless human resources processes and programs across theorganization. Leverage all HR programs, policies, processes and systems.
Use data to highlight trends and proactively offersolutions that will drive business results.
Provide business stakeholders with analysis ofclient organizations' "health" by looking at trends in performance,employee satisfaction, attrition, diversity etc.
