Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mandaue for a Human Resources Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management.

Qualifications
  • Experience in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR)
  • Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Experience working in a retail or similar industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
