A leading retail company is seeking an HR Reliever to provide administrative support for various human resource processes. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field and has at least one year of HR experience. This is a temporary position for 5 months located at SM City Cabanatuan.
Provide administrative support in the proper implementation of all the processes and procedures derived from policies and guidelines that have an impact on human resources administration and operations within the area of recruitment / staffing, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, organizational development, training, talent /performance management and other related human resource functions in order to provide and achieve appropriate and productive working relationships between management and its employees within the mall, and within the limits provided by corporate guidelines, local ordinances, and labor laws.
