Job Roles

  • Benefits Administration: Processing and coordinating all types of employee benefits, including government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), leave management, and company-initiated benefits.
  • Employee Relations Support: Helping enforce company policies, monitoring attendance, and assisting with disciplinary processes.
  • Health & Safety: Supporting annual physical exams and coordinating safety seminars.

Offboarding: Managing the exit process for departing employees.

  • General HR Support: Assisting with company events, office supply management, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or a related field.
  • At least one year of HR experience.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule

  • 10 hour shift

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay

  • 13th month salary
