Job Roles
- Benefits Administration: Processing and coordinating all types of employee benefits, including government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), leave management, and company-initiated benefits.
- Employee Relations Support: Helping enforce company policies, monitoring attendance, and assisting with disciplinary processes.
- Health & Safety: Supporting annual physical exams and coordinating safety seminars.
Offboarding: Managing the exit process for departing employees.
- General HR Support: Assisting with company events, office supply management, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or a related field.
- At least one year of HR experience.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
