Job description
Primary Function

Perform various Human Resource related tasks.

Responsibilities
  • In charge of compensation and benefits - attending to matters regarding SSS and Philhealth
  • Support with payroll process (using internal company system and manual)
  • Process request medical reimbursement of all employees
  • Recording of health/medical reimbursement request
  • In charge of generating employees daily time record from Biometrics for timekeeping
  • Attending to their medical requirements (Pre-employment and Annual Laboratory)
  • Monitoring the performance results of employees who are on training and probation
  • Perform clerical works and 201 filing
  • Recording of monthly BMI
  • Distribute MEPA Evaluation to Evaluators every 5th of the month
  • Perform and records monthly evaluation
  • Collecting and counting of MEPA evaluation from evaluators
  • Monitor MOA Motorcycle, OR-CR of Employees
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
Qualifications
  • Experience at least 1 year in compensation and benefits is a must
  • Administrative experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication both oral and written
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Computer literate and ability to use basic office applications
  • With good communication skills and analytical skills
  • Can work with less supervision
  • With pleasing personality
