The Admin Officer under Human Resources provides vital administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient delivery of HR services across recruitment, employee relations, records management, compliance, and overall organization operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily administrative functions of the HR department.
  • Process and monitor HR-related payables, including employee reimbursements, and third-party vendor payments.
  • Review, validate, and reconcile payable documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with HR and finance policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of HR-related financial transactions for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flight reservations, vehicle scheduling, and transportation requirements.
  • Prepare HR-related documentation such as contracts, memos, certificates, and official correspondence.
  • Provide logistical support for HR activities, including trainings, seminars, and employee engagement events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by management.
