RedPandas Digital, a growing HubSpot Partner, is hiring a Philippines-based Technical Project Manager to lead HubSpot implementations from strategy to delivery.

As our Technical Project Manager, you’ll work with our Head of HubSpot to turn client strategy into working, well-documented HubSpot builds. Open to candidates based in the Philippines only, 100% remote, full-time, with hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST, reporting to our Australian team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years HubSpot experience across CRM workflows and reporting.
• Experience with Sales, Marketing, Service Hubs and CMS.
• Proven client-facing PM or similar role managing technical implementations.

Responsibilities

• Attend client strategy meetings with the Head of HubSpot, capturing business requirements and translating discussions into clear implementation plans.
• Lead client-facing meetings, including requirements gathering and solution walkthroughs to ensure client confidence.
• Analyse requirements and design HubSpot-native solutions: workflows, automations, pipelines, properties, forms, and CRM configurations.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and downstream impacts before implementation.
• Test, troubleshoot, and validate HubSpot solutions before client delivery.
• Manage implementation tasks, timelines, and documentation in ClickUp to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with Head of HubSpot to refine solutions and improve client outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve PM processes, documentation, and delivery quality.

As our Technical Project Manager, you’ll work with our Head of HubSpot to turn client strategy into working, well-documented HubSpot builds.

Key Responsibilities

As Technical Project Manager, you will:

• Attend client strategy meetings alongside the Head of HubSpot, capturing business requirements and translating discussions into clear implementation plans, tasks, and action items.
• Actively participate in and, where appropriate, lead client-facing meetings, including requirements gathering, implementation updates, technical discussions, and solution walkthroughs, ensuring clients feel informed and confident throughout the project.
• Analyse client requirements and design, build, and optimise HubSpot-native solutions, including workflows, automations, pipelines, properties, forms, and CRM configurations.
• Identify dependencies, potential risks, and downstream impacts before implementation.
• Test, troubleshoot, and validate HubSpot solutions to ensure they work as intended before client delivery.
• Manage implementation tasks, timelines, and documentation in ClickUp to keep technical projects on track.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of HubSpot to refine solutions and provide recommendations that improve client outcomes.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve technical project management processes, documentation, and overall delivery quality.

Required Experience & Skills

• At least 3 to 5 years of hands‑on HubSpot experience, including implementing and optimising CRM solutions across workflows, automations, pipelines, properties, forms, and reporting.
• Experience working across multiple HubSpot Hubs, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, CMS, and/or Operations Hub.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, managing technical implementations from requirements through to delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical HubSpot solutions and anticipate downstream impacts.
• Excellent troubleshooting, testing, and attention to detail when implementing CRM solutions.
• Highly organised, with experience managing multiple implementation tasks using ClickUp or a similar project management platform.
• Experience documenting business processes, implementation requirements, workflows, and solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in a client‑facing role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the confidence to lead client discussions, ask thoughtful questions, explain technical solutions, and engage professionally with stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to clients with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach, with strong ownership, accountability, and curiosity about how businesses operate.
• Comfortable using AI tools and adopting new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Experience as a Technical Project Manager in a HubSpot consultancy, HubSpot partner agency, digital agency, or other client services environment.
• Exposure to CRM migrations, system integrations, or revenue operations (RevOps) projects.
• Familiarity with APIs, third‑party integrations, or connected business systems (no coding required).
• Experience providing recommendations to improve business processes, rather than simply executing tasks.
• Experience supporting client discovery sessions, solution workshops, or implementation consulting engagements.
• Experience working in a startup, consultancy, or entrepreneurial environment where ownership and initiative were required.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with experience owning, building, or helping grow a business, venture, or function.
