Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Hub Operations Lead in Manila to oversee daily hub operations and ensure adherence to procedures.

You will lead weekly staff meetings, drive KPI improvements, and coordinate with agency teams to support e-commerce fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
• Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hub operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead team briefings, conduct weekly staff meetings, and regularly assess team performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in KPIs for the hub.

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
