Job summary

Nestlé Business Services AOA, Inc. is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist (HTML) to lead email and push campaigns from concept to deployment. You will build HTML emails, integrate content, manage audiences, and ensure QA across global campaigns.

You will collaborate with Nestlé brands/markets, troubleshoot issues, and generate performance reports to guide optimizations. A strong foundation in HTML/CSS and email tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS preferably applied to email development.
• Basic SQL querying for targeting.
• Familiar with JavaScript and AMPScript basics.
• Experience with at least one email marketing tool (Braze, Adobe Campaign, SFMC, Eloqua).
• Basic photo editing skills (Photoshop/Photopea).
• Understanding of reporting and KPI metrics for email marketing.
• Experience in audience segmentation and targeting.
• Ability to troubleshoot email display issues and ensure rendering quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build emails using existing templates in the Campaign Management Tool.
• Integrate HTML content, images, and dynamic personalization.
• Map content to predefined target populations; manage subscriber data and segmentation.
• Send proofs for validation and perform reworks; conduct QA testing.
• Schedule, execute and monitor campaigns; prepare performance reports.
• Troubleshoot deployment problems at workflow and delivery levels.
• Maintain strong partnerships with Nestlé brands and markets.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment with campaigns; drive improvements.
