Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Mexico is seeking an Intern, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE). The role supports the preparation and updating of project documentation, participates in follow-up meetings, and helps monitor tasks with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

You will assist in risk assessments, KPI data collection, progress reports, audits preparation, and contributing to environmental and safety management systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Advanced level of English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Ability to work with data, prepare reports, and present findings.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and updating of project documentation.
• Participate in project follow-up meetings.
• Monitor assigned tasks and coordinate with stakeholders for timely completion.
• Assist in progress reports and executive presentations.
• Identify project risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Keep project documentation organized and up to date.
• Collaborate on internal communication activities related to projects.
• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of HSE projects.
• Collect and analyze KPI data.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Update environmental aspects and risk assessment matrices.
• Participate in hazardous waste management processes.
• Contribute to health, safety, and environmental awareness campaigns.
• Help develop and improve management system procedures and templates.
• Support nonconformities, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
