Job summary

CN Green Roof Philippines is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to develop, implement and maintain health, safety and environmental systems across construction and operation phases of the Hermosa Project. You will ensure compliance with DENR, DOLE OSH, GIIP, and client requirements while fostering a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years in health, safety and environmental management, preferably in construction or renewables.
• Strong knowledge of local laws, GIIP, IFC and World Bank guidelines.
• Experience in HSE training, audits, and incident investigations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HSE management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies aligned with ESMS and GIIP.
• Promote continuous improvement of HSE across construction and operation activities.
• Support planning, coordination, and implementation of HSE guidelines to meet ESG objectives.
• Conduct HSE audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and training.
• Ensure compliance with DENR, DOLE OSH standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate with EPC/O&M teams and stakeholders for HSE matters.
