Job summary

Suminac Philippines, Inc. is seeking an HR General Affairs professional to support daily HRGA operations in Dasmariñas, Cavite. You will review outputs, documents, orders, payments, and reports, and assist supervisors in urgent tasks during staff absences.

The role requires leadership experience, knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS, with prior manufacturing industry exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in HR.
• Experience as Team Leader or Project Leader.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS.
• Experience in Manufacturing companies.

Responsibilities

• Review HRGA outputs, documents, orders, payments, and reports.
• Support the Supervisor and Manager in daily operations.
• Assist with urgent tasks during staff absences.
• Perform general HRGA duties and take on specialized tasks based on performance and knowledge.
