Job summary

ECAM Philippines is seeking a Senior HR Partner - Systems & Records to oversee HRIS administration, employee data integrity, and records governance. You will lead data audits, system improvements, and partner with P&A and HR stakeholders to ensure reliable services across the employee lifecycle.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR operations with strong Excel and data management skills, and a proactive approach to process documentation and system testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR Operations, HRIS, or HR Systems.
• Experience with HRIS data management and audits.
• Experience supervising HR team members is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle and data governance.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS administration and timekeeping.
• Manage employee records and data integrity.
• Oversee onboarding, movements, and HR system transactions.
• Lead HRIS audits, testing, and enhancements.
• Develop HR records procedures and controls.
• Ensure data confidentiality and security.
• Partner with HR & P&A stakeholders to optimize processes.
• Monitor service levels and data accuracy.
