A leading company in the sports sector is seeking an HR professional to oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management. The role involves comprehensive responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle while enhancing workplace relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate skills in effective recruitment and employee engagement.
Recruitment & Allocation
- Handle end to end Recruitment process include hiring request, job posting, screenshot, initial interview and onboarding;
- Prepare Recruitment Report on a weekly basis;
Training & Development
- Onboarding training to the new employees;
- Time by time training regarding the changes and update of HR policies & process;
Performance Management
- Monitor store employees performance on the monthly basis;
- Assist HR Head to do yearly/bi yearly evaluation of the employees;
Employee Relationship
- Handle 201 files and Master list of the employees;
- Handle employees lifecycle include: Onboarding, adjustment, promotion and resignation;
- Propose for employee relationship enhance plan;
- Handle Employee escalations;
- Employee discipline management
