About the Role

The People and HR Supervisor is responsible forsupporting the analysis of client needs, developing tailored proposals andframeworks, and delivering effective HR solutions that align with the clientsorganizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in thedevelopment of engagement plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assist in preparingproposals, bids, and quotations for prospective clients.
  • Analyze organizational trendsand identify opportunities for improvement. Recommend HR strategies andsolutions based on best practices.
  • Design and implementframeworks for organizational structure, job descriptions, and otherHR-related functions.
  • Ensure high-quality outputthat aligns with industry standards, professional practices, and internalguidelines.
  • Maintain an engagementtracker to monitor milestones, tasks, and deliverables, and regularlyupdate all stakeholders on progress.
  • Organize and facilitatewalkthroughs and progress meetings with both internal teams and clientrepresentatives.
  • Discuss initial findings andobservations with process owners to validate and refine analysis.
  • Stay updated on industrytrends, innovations, and best practices through ongoing research,training, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with team membersand the wider HR network to support continuous improvement and clientsatisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HumanResources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevantexperience in Organizational Development. Experience in Talent Managementand Learning & Development is an advantage.
