About The Role

As our HR Staff (Recruitment) at Monster Group, you will play a key role in shaping our team by finding and selecting top talent for our company. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and analyzing hiring trends to ensure we are attracting the best people. Beyond recruitment, you will be a trusted presence in the office—someone applicants respect and employees turn to for guidance on the hiring process.

Success in this role comes from continuous learning, clear communication, and a strong understanding of what makes a great team member. You will track hiring trends, refine your interview techniques, and work closely with leadership to improve our recruitment strategy.
