A company specializing in thermal management solutions in Laguna, Philippines is looking for an HR Staff to support talent acquisition, training, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of HR experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing training programs, onboarding new hires, and improving employee engagement through various initiatives.
Job Summary
The HR Staff is responsible for supporting the organization's talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding management, implementing training and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management processes to support workforce growth and organizational effectiveness. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring adequate staffing levels, maintaining employee records, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Scope and Responsibilities
Training and Performance Management
Manage the full training development process, from program design to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars.
Collaborate with department heads to perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Job Analysis, ensuring job roles and responsibilities are accurately defined.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness by analyzing training outcomes and employee progress, ensuring continuous improvement of programs.
Maintain training records and evaluations to assess program effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory training requirements.
Assist in the implementation of the performance appraisal system.
Support managers in the implementation and monitoring of the performance management.
Maintain and update performance records and evaluations.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding and Offboarding Management
Process and manage manpower requests to maintain adequate staffing levels across the organization.
Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and align recruitment efforts.
Prepare and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, providing information on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
Coordinate with departments to assign tasks and mentors to facilitate a supportive onboarding experience.
Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, leave records, and timekeeping information.
Oversee employee clearance procedures upon resignation or termination to ensure a seamless exit process.
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs and companywide activities.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for improvement.
Support HR initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee well-being.
Other Related Tasks
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the HRGA team and ensure efficient operations.
Assist with special projects or initiatives related to human resources and general affairs as needed.
Assist in all HR facet if needed.
Qualifications
At least 2-3 years of HR experience focusing on training, employee engagement and performance management.
With hands-on experience in areas such as talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
Demonstrated ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), skill matrix and formulation of training plan
Demonstrated ability to maintain and update employee records, including personnel files, with a high degree of confidentiality.
Experience in organizing and coordinating employee-related events, such as birthday celebrations, company activities, or other HR-related functions, is a plus.
Proactive and with positive attitude and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office and knowledgeable in HRIS is advantage
Work as HR generalist in manufacturing setup is advantage
