Job summary

Agro Trade Integrated Ventures Corp in the Philippines seeks an HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field and has 1–3 years experience in recruitment, talent management, employee relations and benefits administration.

Master's degree or HR certification is a plus; familiarity with labor laws, HR software, MS Office, analytics and employee engagement strategies is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related course
• Master's degree or Certified Human Resource Professional is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in human resource or a related field
• Experience in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration
• Experience with HR software and systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations (Labor Code, DOLE regulations)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with HR best practices and procedures
• Understanding of organizational development and change management
• Knowledge of employee engagement and retention strategies
• Familiarity with HR metrics and analytics
