A leading company in the Philippines is seeking a Lead Recruiter to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, tracking recruitment metrics, and ensuring a candidate-friendly hiring experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in human resources and be skilled in talent acquisition strategies.
Recruitment:
· Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned Accounts/Groups, from sourcing to onboarding.
· Collaborate with hiring managers and Group Heads to deeply understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and team dynamics.
· Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of methods (e.g., job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing).
· Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for recurring and critical roles.
· Effectively handle and coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth transition of new hires.
· Deliver a consistent and candidate-friendly hiring experience across all touchpoints.
Metrics:
· Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction, and sourcing effectiveness.
· Prepare regular recruitment dashboards and reports for management and HR leadership.
· Recommend improvements to the hiring process based on data insights and market best practices.
Others:
· Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and internal policies.
· Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent marketing campaigns.
Support other HR initiatives as needed (e.g., internship programs, talent mobility, or organizational development projects).
