The HR Specialist will be involve in a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, training and development and compliance, with a focus on supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. He / She will act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters and assists in ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

• Hands-on experience in different HR functions, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience

• Effective communication and organizational skills

• Ability to foster positive relationships and inspire employee growth

• Willing to do field work if needed

• Willing to report on-site from Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 6:30PM at Bagumbayan, Quezon City near Eastwood City
