A leading HR consultancy in Makati seeks an experienced Human Resources Specialist to manage recruitment processes and develop employee engagement strategies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws is essential. This role emphasizes collaboration with Department heads and implementing effective hiring strategies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Managing recruitment reports including the viewed resume, candidates’ status and successfully onboarded.
Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes.
Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees, customers and management.
Maintain proper documentation of employee-related incidents and concerns. Handle resignation processes, clearances, and exit interviews.
Implement and monitor the Employee’s Performance Profile including the regularization, quarterly and yearly evaluation.
Assist managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans (PIP).
Track and analyze employee performance profiles to provide insights to BU head for decision-making
Collaborate with the BU Head to develop and execute employee engagement programs such as team building, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvement strategies.
Work closely with the Department Head to create retention strategies and reduce turnover rates.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Specialist or a related role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Can collaborate and build strong relationships with different Department heads.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and workplace regulations.
Experience handling grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
Strong sense of confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism.
