About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Specialist (HR Legal) to join the dynamic team at Teleperformance. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will be responsible for providing legal expertise and support to the HR department. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring Teleperformance's HR policies and practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advising HR leaders on legal compliance matters, including employment contracts, terminations, and disciplinary actions
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support HR initiatives and decision-making
• Drafting and reviewing HR-related legal documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, and procedures
• Staying up-to-date with changes in labour laws and regulations, and communicating these updates to the HR team
• Collaborating with the legal department to ensure HR practices align with the company's overall legal strategy
• Providing training and guidance to HR professionals on legal compliance best practices
• Assisting with the resolution of employee-related legal disputes and grievances

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as an HR Specialist or in a similar legal advisory role within the HR function
• Strong understanding of employment laws, labour regulations, and HR best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with HR professionals and senior management
• Proficiency in using HR information systems and legal research tools
• Familiarity with the Antipolo City Rizal labour market and regulations
