Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking an HR Reporting Analyst to join the Human Resources team. You will deliver global HR reporting and analytics using Workday and Power BI, turning complex data into clear insights and supporting SLAs.

Intake and manage a high volume of requests across multiple workstreams, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and quality. You will partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate questions into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and large datasets.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to connect insights to business implications and anticipate follow-up questions.
• High attention to detail with clear understanding of broader business context.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate data, risks, and outcomes clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting HR systems (Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow) or equivalent analytical/reporting experience is preferred.

In this role, you’ll support the reporting and analytics needs of our global organization across multiple HR systems, including Workday and Power BI. This role works with data all day, every day and is well suited for someone who enjoys deep focus, analytical problem‑solving, and turning complex information into clear insights.
