Job description

HR RECRUITMENT OFFICER

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts by utilizing job portals, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks

Performs screening and monitoring of applicants, conducts interviews and makes recommendations to heads.

Recruit effectively, demonstrating the ability to successfully multi-task and work within a timely manner.

Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.

Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.

Updates Employees 201 file and ensure that master list of employees is periodically done.

Assist in addressing employee's concerns and other issues relative to HR functions and concerns with the company.

Administer employment agreements and contracts.

Provide clerical administrative support to HR Manager.

Performs other duties as required by the Immediate superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies /Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent.

At least 6 months experience in handling recruitment.

With experience in construction industry is a plus.

Good organizational skills.

Must be keen on details.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be comfortable working under pressure.

Must be willing to work in Cainta Rizal, preferably residents of Cainta Rizal or nearby areas.
