Work Setup: Hybrid setup (onsite onboarding for four weeks, then transitioning to work-from-home)

Work Schedule: Eastern Time Zone (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST)

Equipment: Provided by the company

Job Highlights:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interact directly with US-based employees
  • Manage payroll and timesheet tracking across 15 US store locations
  • Liaise with field staff/contractors and internal teams for accurate payroll input
  • Coordinate to collect missing timesheets before payroll deadlines
  • Input and track payroll adjustments in the system
  • Calculate overtime pay and billing, ensuring eligibility and accuracy
  • Verify onboarding forms for tax, birthdate, and banking details
  • Improve and refine payroll processes continually
  • Assist with finance duties and payroll-related projects, including government assistance applications
  • Prepare and analyze gross profit reports and share insights

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 5 years of payroll management experience
  • Proficient in ADP (must)
  • Experience working with US clients (must)
  • Understanding of HR and labor laws
  • Willingness to work with diverse US cultures
  • Attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Knowledge of payroll software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
