Job summary

Roxaco Land Corporation in Metro Manila seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations in a corporate hospitality-oriented environment. You will drive recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and HR administration, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws while mentoring the HR team.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HRM, psychology, business administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience; corporate and hospitality background preferred.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and HR policies and procedures.
Proven experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and HR administration.
Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized with analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge/skills in using HRIS.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential information.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
