Strong communication skills, comfort working across time zones, and knowledge of HR practices are all essential. If you’re excited about scaling people-first HR operations within a global team, we’d love to hear from you!

As an HR Operations Partner, you will…
  • Support and execute core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, employee data updates, and HRIS transactions
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Manila-based employees, ensuring alignment with Philippine labor regulations (e.g. DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems (Workday), supporting data integrity through regular audits and reporting
  • Help build and maintain dashboards, reports, and people analytics that inform strategic decision-making across the business
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on key HR metrics (e.g. headcount, attrition, onboarding timelines), using data to identify process gaps or areas for improvement
  • Respond to employee inquiries with a high level of care, confidentiality, and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations Lead and broader HR team on process improvements and automation efforts
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and IT to support compliance, systems access, and reporting needs
  • Assist with internal audits, HR compliance filings, and global HR initiatives
We are looking for you if you have…
  • 4–6 years of experience in an HR role, with solid exposure to operational HR tasks and tools
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated requirements
  • Experience supporting HRIS systems (Workday preferred), including data analysis and workflows. Strong skills in Excel/Google sheets is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable working across time zones and cultures
