In this role, you’ll be part of Smartly’s global People team, supporting the delivery of seamless, compliant, and scalable HR operations across regions. You’ll contribute to both local and global HR workflows - helping to drive consistency in how we onboard and offboard employees, maintain data accuracy, and respond to employee needs.
You’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring HR processes are executed thoughtfully and efficiently, while also serving as a key point of contact for PH-based employees and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements. Your work will directly support a globally distributed team and help uphold our culture of operational excellence, innovation, and care.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a detail-oriented, proactive approach to solving HR challenges. Strong communication skills, comfort working across time zones, and knowledge of HR practices are all essential.
