Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR operations for a Rosales, Pangasinan facility and external processing sites. The role partners with site head and regional management to drive workforce planning, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with Philippine labor laws.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HR management within manufacturing or industrial environments, and strong skills in recruitment, IR, performance management, training, and payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, agricultural processing, or industrial environments.
• Strong recruitment, employee/industrial relations, performance management, training & development, and payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Proficient with HRIS and Excel.
• Experienced in managing third-party partners and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, confidentiality, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-specific HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, from job profiling and sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements.
• Manage employee and industrial relations, including grievances, disciplinary cases, and labor/unions where applicable.
• Lead performance management, talent development, and training programs.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll.
• Monitor HR metrics such as turnover and absenteeism and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with third-party partners and travel to external sites when required.
