A Chemical Manufacturing Company in Batangas is seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to oversee HR operations and labor relations. This role requires managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least seven years of managerial experience in HR. A strong background in Collective Bargaining Agreements and relevant certifications is preferred. The position offers a competitive salary range of Php 65,000 to Php 80,000.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of managerial experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).
• ISO, HACCP, and GMP certifications related to HR operations are a plus.
