A chemical manufacturing company in Batangas City is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree related to HR and possess seven years of managerial experience, with expertise in handling Collective Bargaining Agreements. This on-site role offers a competitive salary ranging from Php 65,000 to Php 80,000 and includes performance bonuses and health insurance.

Qualifications

• At least seven (7) years of managerial experience in Human Resources.
• Experience handling Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).
• Experience in ISO, HACCP, and GMP certifications related to HR operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Maintain employee records and personnel documentation in compliance with labor laws.
