Job summary

Conduent is seeking an experienced HR professional in the Philippines (Batangas City) to support HR programs and data integrity. You will coordinate HRIS-related activities, audit data, and guide colleagues to ensure compliant, efficient HR operations.

Ideal candidates will have advanced HR process knowledge, the ability to work autonomously within procedures, and strong collaboration across teams. This full-time role is based on-site in Batangas City.

Responsibilities

• Guides and directs HR programs and procedures.
• Ensures accuracy and integrity of HR data via routine audits.

• Resolves problems by finding root causes and facilitating solutions.
• Coordinates services with HRIS and employee relations programs to ensure compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
